Go Friends - Gay Rewards

1. General
1.1 This Bonus Card will be issued by Friends Medien as the operator of the Multi-Partner Bonus Program 'Go Friends' which provides members to earn, collect, use and redeem bonus points, rewarded through partner businesses while shopping or enjoying their services.
1.2 Membership is based on a contract between the member and Friends Medien, Max-Eyth-Str. 22, 71686 Remseck/Germany, which includes the following terms and conditions

2. Registration
2.1 Membership is available to persons only with age 18 or older.
2.2 Registration can be made online or by using registration forms available at partner businesses. Submission of the registration form autmatically declares your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the 'Go Friends' Bonus Program. Translation of terms and conditions in various languages is for courtesy. Precedently is the original version in German language. Should any single paragraph of this terms be or become ineffective, this shall be without prejudice to the remaining paragraphs.
2.3 Upon submission of your registration a personal account will be opened and issued while your Bonus Card will be sent to you by regular mail.

3. The Bonus Card
3.1 Besides the 'Go Friends' standard bonus cards Friends Medien allows partner businesses and community associations the promotion and issuing of corporate cards and include side functions (membership, multiple-entry cards, etc.). Corporate cards are regular 'Go Friends' bonus cards with all rights and functions within the 'Go Friends' network and must be accepted by all partner businesses.
3.2 Actual and available card designs are provided within the registration process and might be limited by using pre-coded flyers provided by partner businesses.
3.3 Your 'Go Friends' membership is totally FREE! Partner businesses may charge you for their corporate cards if side functions are added - please check.
3.4 If you detect the loss of your bonus card please inform Friends Medien immediately. After you have reported a lost (or stolen) card Friends Medien will immediately block your account to protect against misue. There is no guarantee and Friends Medien cannot be held responsable for that issue.
3.5 Account balances might be transfered to another card if the cardholder is the same person.
3.6 Balance transfers will be charged with a nominal fee of € 3,-, by deducting 300 points from your transfered account balance. No fees will be charged for corporate cards if your membership in an organisation has been terminated or if a partner business terminates his partnership with 'Go Friends'. In order to transfer balances you must sent your current card to Friends Medien.

4. Earn and collect points
4.1 While shopping and/or buying services at one of the 'Go Friends' partner businesses you will earn minimum 1 point per € 1,- spent on purchases/services. Outside the eurozone's member countries the '€' might be replaced by the local currency (CHF/$/£).
4.2 'Go Friends' partner may reward you with additional points on selected goods, restriced hours or just for your visit. Detailed information and requirements are listed in our Partner Directory.
4.3 In order to earn points you must present the partner your bonus card prior starting a payment process. Each transaction will be confirmed individually by the 'Go Friends' partner through a printed receipt or a text message sent to your mobile phone. Incorrect transactions can be cleared directly with the partner business only.
4.4 All transactions will be filed on our server and can be viewed 24/7 at your online account. Your actual account balance can be also checked through any online terminal at a 'Go Friends' Partner.
4.5 In case of false transactions, returning of goods and unpaid invoices Friends Medien or the partner business have the right to correct or cancel already credited points and rewards.
4.6 Credited points will automatically deleted from your account if not used or redeemed within 36 months.

5. Use or redeem points
5.1 Once you've collected points you can pay with your bonus points at one of the 'Go Friends' partners: 1 Point is valued at € 0,01 (1 ct). Outside the eurozone's member countries the '€' might be replaced by the local currency (CHF/$/£).
5.2 Bonus points can be used at partner businesse in return for goods and services only. Purchases made with bonus points will not be rewarded.
5.3 In order to use bonus points you must present the partner your bonus card prior starting a payment process. Each transaction will be confirmed individually by the 'Go Friends' partner through a printed receipt or a text message sent to your mobile phone. Incorrect transactions can be cleared directly with the partner business only.

6. Termination
6.1 You may terminate your 'Go Friends' membership at any time. Termination must be in writing and sent to us by mail.
6.2 Termination of this agreement/contract through Friends Medien can be made with a 30 day notice.
6.3 In any case of a termination you must return your bonus card to Friends Medien. Account balances will be transfered to a German bank account; a € 3,- fee will apply. In order to do so you must provide us with your bank details and the account holder must be your registered name.
6.4 Friends Medien has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be sent/mailed to you prior they become effective.
